Work at Home: Customer Service with Home Shopping Network

work-at-home-HSN-customer-service-imageHome Shopping Network is again seeking work-at-home customer support professionals in the Roanoke, VA area.  You must live within one hour’s driving distance from the company headquarters in zip code 24012.  Preference will be given to qualified candidates within HSN’s local calling area.

Desired are previous customer care or sales experience, strong PC skill (Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and the Internet), and excellent communicative abilities.  You must be detail-oriented, organized and reliable.  Follow-through is important in this position.  Finally, you must be able to “connect with the customer and bring excitement to the call.”

You will be provided paid training.  Various shifts are available.  Compensation is $10.00 an hour, plus incentives.  Benefits start the first of the month following your hire date.  This opportunity includes employee discounts, 401K, and more.
