Work at Home Customer Service with Stoneside Blinds & Shades

Stoneside Blinds & Shades is seeking two work-at-home customer service agents in the Denver, CO area. There are two positions available. The first is Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  The second is Monday through Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hours are 32 per week.

You will be answering customer calls and emails, providing support, scheduling appointments, talking with customers via live chat, assisting other members of the team via telephone, and more.

You must be high energy with a positive attitude and at least one year of customer care experience. Experience with window coverings is a plus. You must have great organizational, communication, and computer abilities.

Additionally, you must be eager to learn.  A private and quiet home office space is required.    After initial training, you will work from home the majority of the time. Compensation is $10 to $13 per hour.
