Kelly IT Resources is hiring work-at-home game advisors to provide customer service to its gaming clients. You must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, the discipline and ability to work independently, and experience troubleshooting for game play on PC, Mac, Xbox and the PlayStation console.
Two years of customer service experience is preferred. Additionally, experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products and participating on social networks, such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube is desired. You must be organized and able to multitask when necessary.
Finally, you must have an understanding of multiple racing, RPG, FPS games and gaming terminology, and be a user of a broad range of multiple gaming platforms.
