Work at Home Medical Customer Service with ChaseSource

ChaseSource is hiring work-at-home medical customer service agents in Austin, Texas.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. You will be making business-to-business calls.

These are full-time positions. Pay is $13.25 per hour.    Hours after training are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  You must be able to work this shift.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Professional behavior and good attendance track record with previous employer
  • Minimum 1 year Call center experience
  • Background in health care, human services, or customer service
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform  in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully multitask (talk and type -will be tested)
  • Ability to maintain departmental metrics
    • 70 calls daily (after training and nesting)
    • 90% Quality score rating
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Experience in data entry and telephone skills (assessments required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Candidates must pass – online, written and oral assessments
