Work at Home: Member Services Agent Jobs with UCare

UCare is seeking work-at-home customer service reps. You will be assisting members via telephone, written correspondence, the Internet, fax, and voicemail.  You will also be responding to customer grievances and coordinating transportation for members who have a transportation benefit.

You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have previous customer care experience.  A two-year degree in a healthcare related, liberal arts, or communication field is preferred.  Medical terminology education is a plus.

Additionally, you must be computer-proficient, able to multitask effectively, and have excellent grammar and spelling skills.  Experience with any of the following is preferred: health insurance, HMOs, claims or billing, physician group practices, community agencies, Amisys or MACESS type software, dispatching or scheduling.

Finally, you must have a dedicated and quiet home office.  The schedule is: Mondays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  If interested in this telecommute opportunity, please see the job listing.  Good luck!
