Change Healthcare is hiring work at home patient service reps in most U.S. states. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 hours daily. The schedule is 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

All work at home patient service reps must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

“This position is responsible for answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues in order to receive maximum profitability for clients. Reviews claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met, follows-up on billing, determines and applies appropriate adjustments, answers inquiries, and updates accounts as necessary.”

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Familiarity with health insurance or medical billing preferred

  • Experience in a call center environment

  • Good computer skills- MS Office programs

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written with proper grammar.

  • Ability to work with others in a close manner.

  • Good multi-tasking skills.

  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
