Wayfair is seeking a work at home senior customer service manager in the U.S. This is a full-time senior customer service management position.

In this home-based role, you will be managing 12-18 consultants of varying skill levels, supervising, and coaching them as they respond to customer calls and emails.  Additionally, you will be conducting quality assurance, interviewing candidates for hire, and more.
