Support.com is hiring work at home customer support reps in the United States. Compensation averages $10.25 per hour after training. Training is paid.

  • Ability to be a self-managing employee working from home in a virtual environment

Qualifications (from listing):

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a customer service & sales environment
  • Demonstrated sales ability
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to follow guided paths to solve customer questions/concerns

  • Maintain good attendance
  • Must complete a pre-hire drug screen and background check
  • Experience in the work from home environment is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years
