Arvixe LLC is seeking work-at-home tech customer support representatives. You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills, excellent decision-making abilities, be detail-oriented, and have an interest in the technical details of the web hosting industry. The company specifically has openings in their 2nd and graveyard shifts.

Previous experience in the industry is required. You will be providing support via a telephone and ticket system and administering, monitoring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers. You must be dependable, punctual, and be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker.

You must also have experience with Linux, SSH, cPanel/WHM, DNS, and MySQL. Finally, you must have a general understanding of core Windows components, including IIS7, BIND, and MSSQL. The position is fast-paced. You must perform well as part of a team in a goal-oriented setting.

English mastery (both written and verbal) is required. An up-to-date PC and high-speed Internet connection is a must. Compensation ranges from $27,000 to $41,000 per year.
