Work at Home Customer Service Rep Job with Alere

Alere Toxicology is seeking a work at home national account customer service representative in the U.S.  This full-time position can be performed entirely from your own home office.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and three to five years of previous customer care experience, preferably within a call center environment.

Further Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Preferred Bachelor of Science degree, but not required
  • Have excellent computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to communicate professionally both orally and written

As a customer service rep for Alere, your responsibilities will include retention and growth of assigned clients, providing excellent customer support to ensure that client expectations are met, ensuring services utilized by customers are properly serviced, as well as developing relationships with clients, documenting service, and more.
