Home-Based Customer Support Agent Jobs with Simple

Simple is hiring home-based customer support agents in the U.S. These are fully remote positions.

All home-based customer support agents must be able to work one of the following shifts:

  • Monday – Friday  5:45 am-2:45 pm Pacific
  • Tuesday – Friday  5:45 am-2:45 pm Pacific & Saturday 7 am-4 pm Pacific

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 2 years of customer service experience, banking or call center experience preferred
  • Customer focused and a genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and solving complex issues
  • Experience working remotely and a verifiable high-speed internet connection
  • Must possess a professional attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Passionate about being the best you can be and desire to achieve targets
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex topics
  • Strong team working ability
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Analysis and problem solving skills
  • You are flexible with your working hours. Shifts include weekends and some holiday shifts

Base pay for these home-based customer support positions starts at $17.00 per hour. In addition, you will be offered an annual bonus based on performance.
