Behind the Story is currently seeking freelance book lovers, who are also experienced writers to add to its team. You will be connecting with an online community of passionate book lovers, as well as interviewing authors.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- There are two very important requirements to being a Fan Author:
- You have to love books. (be an avid reader)
- You have to love writing about books.
- There are slightly less, yet important, requirements to being a Fan Author:
- Excellent handling of writing skills.
- Prior experience as a writer, journalist, or an editor.
You will be performing in-depth research on book background information, learning the stories of authors and sharing them with the community. This is an independent contractor position. Hours are flexible.
