Marriott International is hiring home-based reservations agents in Texas. These are full-time positions.  New training classes start March 3, 2014.  Training is paid and lasts for four weeks.

As a home-based Marriott reservation agent, you will be processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identifying guests’ needs, accommodating special requests,  and utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue.  Additionally, you will be addressing guests’ concerns and escalating them when appropriate.

You must train onsite for four weeks at the company’s Hollywood Park location in San Antonio, Texas. After 90 days, you will be given the option to work from your own home office.

Schedules are flexible and determined each month. Starting compensation is $10 per hour.
