AutoPoint Hiring Work at Home Declined Service Advisors

AutoPoint is seeking work-at-home declined service advisors.  You will be supporting existing relationships between auto dealerships and their customers.  Using soft-sell techniques and special offers, you will be educating customers and scheduling them for future work.

This is a 100% remote position.  Candidates with automotive industry experience will be given first consideration.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is also a plus.

Requirements (from the employment listing):

– Typing Speed of 50 WPM Or Better
– Capability to type notes from phone conversation with minimal errors
– Automotive Service or Sales Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required)
– Previous Sales or Outbound Calling Experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Previous Microsoft Office Experience
– Self Motivation & Strong Work Ethic
– Telephone Sales & Responding To Objections
– Strong Customer Service Competency
– Listening Skills
– Communication Skills (Phone, Written & Verbal)
– Attention To Detail, Organizational Skills & Adaptability
– Judgment
