Work at Home: On-Call Phone Job with Total Care Connections

Total Care Connections is seeking a work-at-home on-call coordinator in the Tucson, AZ area for some nights and weekends.    You will book shifts and schedule caregivers.  You will be provided a company-issued cellular telephone.  Compensation is a set on-call rate.

You will be providing telephone response to facility and home care clients, handling inquiries from potential employees, making outbound service calls, and scheduling caregivers with clients.  You must be available to train in the Tucson office prior to beginning work from home.

Finally, you must have two or more years of customer support experience and excellent communication abilities, and you must be organized and capable of motivating others.  In-home care experience is a plus.
