work-at-home-phone-interviewer-job-imageUnivita is seeking work-at-home telephonic interviewers in or near Minnesota.  You will be conducing interviews with clients who have applied for insurance.  This is a 40-hour per week afternoon and evening position (Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You must have high-speed Internet and an analog or digital phone line (reimbursed by the company), as well as a computer, telephone (with headset connection capabilities), and headset.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, one or more years of customer support experience, one or more years of telephonic experience, and be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM. You must also be computer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook proficient.

Finally, you must have excellent interpersonal communication abilities. You must also be able to build a relationship quickly, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and troubleshoot and resolve problems.
