Work at Home Recruiting Job with Sensient Colors LLC

Sensient Colors LLC is seeking a work-at-home recruiting specialist for a short-term recruiting assignment. You will be sourcing professional/technical staff from various channels, including external jobs boards, social media, the Web, database search, and other appropriate avenues.

Duties (from job listing):

  • Review and screen resumes to determine whether candidates meet qualifications.
  • Utilize CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Monster, and various tools to source for candidates.
  • Summarize results and make recommendations to recruiters regarding next steps.
  • Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of innovative sourcing methods and improved processes. Track effectiveness and update as needed.

You must have a bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or have equivalent experience.  You must also have two or more years of recruiting experience and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).  Healthcare experience is preferred.
