- Customer obsessed and super friendly
- Tech savvy
- Ability to work remotely (must have reliable, high speed internet access)
- Laptop or desktop
- Interested in fashion
- Detail oriented — You pride yourself on carefully tracking all details, always following through, and not making mistakes. You like using Excel and Google Sheets. You like looking at a bunch of data and figuring out what it’s telling you.

- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- 1 year of E-commerce customer service experience (preferred)
- Open availability through the holidays
- Ability to work 25 – 40 hours per week
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
