Nickelodeon is seeking a work-at-home bilingual (Spanish/English) site monitor to provide supervision and customer care to their virtual worlds projects Neopets, Petpet Park, and Monkey Quest. This position can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
You must be 18 years of age or older, and you must be able to pass a stringent background check. You must also have three or more years of customer support experience. Additionally, you must have a high level of ethics and integrity, as well as a calm and patient attitude towards customers.
Finally, you must be an excellent communicator, fluent in both Spanish and English, have excellent grammar and spelling skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
