Mattel is seeking work-at-home social media monitors. The positions are being advertised in the Middleton and Wilmot areas of Wisconsin. However, these jobs are available throughout the U.S.
You will be monitoring social media activity for American Girl overnight on Twitter and Facebook, hiding or deleting inappropriate posts and notifying the escalation team when necessary.
Shifts fall between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday. You must be willing to work a minimum of 1 to 2 hours per night for two to six nights per week.
You will be working from home and must have your own computer and Internet services.
Further Requirements (from employment listing):
- Basic experience with web functionality (using browser functions, URL links, refreshing a screen, etc.)
- Familiarity with Facebook and Twitter
- Strong reading comprehension skills and ability to demonstrate good judgment
- Available for day training
