Viacom is seeking a work at home lead community moderator for its kids’ virtual world Monkey Quest. You will be maintaining a positive environment free of bullying, profanity, and abusive behavior.
Shifts fall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience monitoring MMOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player; creative problem solver
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to follow multiple issues through to resolution with a high level of accountability, even during difficult situations
- Willing to work weekend and holiday hours as needed
