1-800-Flowers continues to hire work at home customer service for the upcoming holiday season and Valentine’s Day. The company is currently hiring agents to work with Cheryls, The Popcorn Factory, and Fannie May Confection Brands in the following U.S. States: Delaware, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Oregon. These are temporary, full-time positions.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Requirements (from home-based employment listing):
- Highly PC literate and have own PC with a reliable high-speed Internet connection
- Ability to type 35 words per minute is essential
- Prior call center experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Fundamental math skills required
