AAA is seeking home-based travel support specialists in Arizona. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and at least three years of customer service experience.
As a home-based travel support specialist, you will be answering inbound calls for maps, TourBooks, and TripTik routings, while providing a positive customer service experience.
Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
- Home-based customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Must be detail oriented and flexible
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work well with others
- Necessary competencies include: collaboration and teamwork, accountability and initiative
