Amazon Hiring: Home-Based Seller Support Jobs

Amazon is hiring home-based seller support associates in North Dakota. Full training is provided. You must be willing and able to attend five weeks of onsite training in Grand Forks prior to beginning work from home. Accomodations and travel assistance will be provided to candidates outside of the Grand Forks area.

Your schedule after training will typically be either Sun-Thurs 11:00 am-8:00 pm or Tues-Sat 11:00 am-8:00 pm.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Must reside in North Dakota.
  • Minimum 6 months experience within a customer service environment, experience within a contact centre preferred.
  • Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox
  • Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail is advantageous
  • Process improvement awareness and experience
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
  • Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
  • Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity

You must have a quiet, dedicated home office from which to work, and you must be able to acquire reliable high-speed (DSL, cable) Internet and a dedicated land line phone.
