Amazon is again seeking work-at-home customer service managers in the following states: Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington State, and W. Virginia. You must also have project management experience, and two or more years of customer care experience.
You must have a bachelor’s degree. Direct contact center operations experience is required, and an MBA is strongly preferred. Additionally, you must possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as superior data manipulation and analysis abilities.
Previous experience managing employees in an online environment is preferred, but not required. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, 401K, plus stock.
