Amazon is seeking work-at-home seasonal customer support in the Louisville, KY area. You will be resolving customer issues via telephone, e-mail, and chat. You will be asked to complete a Web skills assessment prior to interviewing.
Interviews for these positions still start in August, with positions starting in late August and continuing through October. You must have your high school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer care experience.
Additionally, you must have excellent communication abilities, a familiarity with Microsoft Office products, and strong experience in Web shopping and search. Finally, you must be willing and able to take any shift Sunday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
