Amazon is seeking work at home customer service managers. These virtual customer service positions are available in the following U.S. states:
Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing)
- BA/BS degree or higher required
- Familiarity with general principles of workflow in an inbound call/email center
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to be flexible in shift assignments and work areas, including nights and weekends
- Have (or be able to obtain) High Speed Internet (3mb or better)
- Have (or be able to obtain) a dedicated analog telephone land line (must be installed before you can start)
- Have (or be able to attain) another means of communication (personal landline or cell phone, for emergency purposes only)
- Must live in one of the states listed above
Two or more years of customer support supervisory experience is a plus, but not a requirement for this work at home customer service position.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) are also a huge plus.
