American Express is again hiring work at home customer service from across the U.S. Schedules are fixed and 40 hours per week.
Top performers earn $28 per hour (based plus incentives). Additionally, the company offers medical, dental, vision, and a retirement program.
You will be assisting customers with their accounts, growing customer relationships, documenting information, and delivering excellent results.
- 4 years of customer support experience or 4 year college degree with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a Windows environment.
- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
- Experience owning or working in a small business a plus.
- This position operates in a 24/7 environment, and the company is specifically hiring for full-time. Shift start times are between 10:00 am EST and 2:00 pm EST, with weekend shifts required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Education benefits available.
