APAC is currently hiring work-at-home customer service agents in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.  You will be assisting customers via inbound phone calls.

Job responsibilities include resolving customer questions and issues, providing information, updating the system, recording and verifying information into a computer, as well as customer education.

Excellent verbal and written abilities are a must, as well as a passion for providing superior customer care.  You may be asked to work occasional overtime.
