Apple is hiring work at home AppleCare advisors in the following U.S. states: Wisconsin, New Mexico, West Virginia, Washington, and Kentucky (possibly elsewhere in U.S.). As an at-home advisor, you will be providing excellent customer service for Apple’s most popular products – iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, desktop Macs, and more.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and you must be organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, you must be capable of multitasking, managing your time wisely, and navigating the Windows environment.
The perfect candidate will be comfortable installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical issues. He or she will also be a problem-solver, capable of working independently from a home office.

- Discipline to work remotely from home
- Availability to attend approximately five to six weeks of required online training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends

- Successful completion of initial training
