Asurion is currently hiring home-based customer service in the following U.S. states: Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma and Missouri.
You will be answering inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance claims, electronics repair needs, or roadside assistance.
Training is paid, and schedules are stable week to week. Compensation is hourly.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail or call center experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills
Both part and full-time opportunities are available. Some evening and weekend shifts will be required. You must have a quiet home office from which to work.
