- Strong health insurance experience w/ member
- Previous Facets system experience
- WAH experience, tech savvy
- Previous experience as member service agent in a fast paced call-center environment
- Has worked with a script and understands the importance of following it
- High level of patience; may need to reiterate information
- Ability to work in multiple programs/windows open at one time and navigate from one to another with ease
- Technical competency and ability to work without constant supervision
- Strong organizational skills
