Capital One Again Hiring Work at Home Customer Service!

Capital One is seeking work-at-home customer service associates in the Richmond, VA area. These are part-time (30-hour per week) jobs.  You must be able to train onsite in Richmond full-time, for 4-6 weeks, before beginning a part-time schedule. Training is Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You must have a quiet home office, free from background noise and distraction, high-speed broadband Internet (no dial-up or satellite), and a dedicated telephone line.  You must be flexible with regards to scheduling.

Finally, you must be able to work independently to troubleshoot client issues and provide excellent customer support, and you must be passionate about providing superior customer care.  Strong time management and multitasking abilities are a must.
