Capital One is currently hiring work-at-home customer support agents in the Tampa, FL area. You must be able to train on location in Tampa for 6 to 7 weeks prior to beginning work from home. Hourly expectation is 30 per week. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
You also must have at least two years of customer care experience OR a minimum of six months of home-based work experience. A college degree, superior written and verbal communication abilities, knowledge of the financial industry, and small biz experience are preferred.
Finally, you must have a quiet home workspace with reliable DSL or cable high-speed Internet and a dedicated phone line. You may occasionally be asked to return onsite for further training.
