CCI is seeking work-at-home customer support agents in the following U.S. states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Training begins on January 21, 2013. Training hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.
You will be providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and Internet. Requirements (from the job listing):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently

- High school diploma, GED or above
- 1-2 years experience working from a home office is helpful
