Citi is seeking work-at-home customer service agents in the Roy, UT area. You must have excellent communicative, persuasive, and creative problem solving abilities, and you must be proficient with Windows-based applications.
Additionally, you must have DSL or cable Internet access and a private and secure home workspace. You will be required to work onsite for the first six months, after which you may work from your own home office. You may occasionally be required to travel to the Citi offices in Roy for meetings and/or equipment servicing.
