Comcast Work at Home Customer Service Jobs!

Comcast is hiring work at home customer service agents in the U.S.  As a virtual customer service agent, you will assist Comcast’s customers with issues related to billing.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 0 to 2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Must reside in the Comcast footprint
  • Must have separate home office space
  • Home office must meet all safety and ergonomic criteria (see listing for details)

Work at home customer service agents can work any day that the queue is open. Being open to working a weekend day is a plus, but not a requirement.

There are two different shift setups from which to choose. These are primarily phone and email customer service positions.
