Cox Communications is seeking work-at-home customer service in Arizona. You must live within one hour of the company’s Tucson office. You must also have your high school diploma or its equivalent, a minimum of six months of customer support experience, and six months of experience using a computer.
Experience in sales is highly desired. You will be taking incoming calls from residential customers regarding their TV and Internet service and assisting them with resolution of any issues.
