Craft Coffee Seeking Work at Home Customer Service Agent

Craft Coffee, a monthly coffee box subscription service, is seeking a work at home customer service agent.  This job can be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S. with an Internet connection. This is a part-time position of 20 to 25 hours per week.

Your job will be to learn about everything Craft Coffee does, answer emails, return phone calls via the company’s customer support line, and respond to customer inquiries via live chat.

The right candidate will have the following characteristics (from employment listing):

  • You’re patient and enjoy helping people, even when they’re a little frustrated.
  • You have excellent reading comprehension. You never miss an important detail.
  • You’re a digital native – someone who won’t flinch when using any of our multitude of customer service systems like Zendesk, Skype, and others.
  • You have excellent professional skills and communication ability. You’re always on-time.
  • You have a natural ability to make people like you in both oral and written communication.

The company is based in New York.  However this position can be remote.
