Datalot is hiring work at home customer service agents in Florida (possibly elsewhere). You must be very motivated and have superior verbal communication abilities. This is an entry-level opportunity. All training will be provided.
Requirements (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Clear, articulate speaking voice
- Must be able to read computer-generated scripts
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills required
- Superior communication and “people” skills
- Enjoy helping customers
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow
This is a part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, with possible full-time opportunities available in the future. The schedule is flexible: (Monday-Friday – day and evening shifts available from 8:30 am to 11 pm) (Saturday – day and evening shifts available from 9 am to 11 pm).
