Direct Interactions Hiring Work at Home Customer Support

cute-puppy-face-red-background-imageDirect Interactions is hiring work-at-home customer support agents to assist clients via phone and email.  You will be handling incoming calls from motorists with unpaid parking tickets and those requiring information and assistance with digital parking meters.

Job Requirements (from listing):

  • Legally able to work in the United States; high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a virtual, work at home call center
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • At least 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment (brick and mortar or virtual). Examples include: collections jobs, 911 dispatch/operator, taking calls for fraud line, roadside assistance.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you must be able to quickly establish rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and dealing with their concerns as quickly as possible, while multitasking.

Additionally, you must have superior customer service and data entry abilities, and be organized and detail oriented.  You must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with at least 6 of those being on the weekend.

Compensation is $9.25 per hour during training, $10.00 per hour after training.  New training begins August 2013.  (Bilingual Spanish offers a pay rate of $12 per hour once certified on all cities.)  If interested in learning more about this telecommute opportunity, please see the employment listing.
