Doctor on Demand is hiring work at home customer service in the U.S. In this role, you will be responding to incoming calls, emails, and live chats from members, providing support to physicians and members, identifying priority issues and escalating them to the appropriate person, and more.
Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):
- 2+ years experience in a call center/customer support
- 2+ years in Healthcare
- Experience handling inbound support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Internet and tech savvy: you know the web and smartphones (apps)
- Experience working with web based systems
- Telecommuting experience
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
Medical coding and billing experience or medical training are all a definite plus, but not required.
