Express Scripts is hiring work at home patient care advocates in Georgia. You will be answering inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls, answering inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, and more.
You must train onsite for four weeks prior to beginning work from home.
Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):
- Minimum 1 year customer service work experience, preferably in a call center.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer navigational skills required.
- Requires wired Internet service in home.
- Must live within driving distance of Valdosta.
- A total of 7 weeks training with 4 weeks on site at GDOL.
