Follow Up Boss is seeking a work at home customer service manager in the U.S. or Canada. According to the job listing, the company is “a fast growing software company providing simple software to real estate agents and teams in the USA.”
Starting salary is $45,000.00. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Your duties will be to provide excellent customer support, help agents and teams set up their accounts, compose emails, speak on the phone with customers, and improve training videos and documentation.
