Frontier Communications Hiring Work at Home Customer Service!

Frontier Communications is seeking work-at-home customer service agents, and the company is having a hiring event on Thursday, August 15th, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at 3441 West Henrietta Road in Rochester, New York.  These are full-time positions.  There are multiple openings available.

You must have excellent customer support and sales ability, and you must be able to deal with customers in a patient and tactful manner.  Additionally, you must be able to work well under pressure, while following directions and projecting a professional image at all times.  The ability to learn new skills is crucial.

Further Qualifications (from employment listing):

  • Must subscribe to Frontier Phone and High Speed service, if available.
  • Must be able to meet 1 meg requirements for Frontier High Speed Internet or comparable, if not Frontier qualified.
  • Employees must meet all specified home office requirements.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently.
  • Typing and keyboard skills required
  • Effective verbal and written communication; well modulated voice and good enunciation.
  • Ability to do calculations.
  • Must be able to work shifts, days, nights, evenings (depending on tour selection) and work overtime and emergency call outs as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation; must be able to come into the facility when required.
  • PC literacy in Windows-based applications.
