GE Capital Hiring Work at Home Customer Support in Arizona

GE Capital Retail Finance is hiring work-at-home customer service in Arizona.  You must live within 65 miles of the GE Capital Retail office in Phoenix.  You must also be 18 years old and have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have a minimum of six months of customer care experience and/or equivalent military experience.

You will be answering inbound calls and assisting customers, resolving credit inquiries, up-selling, as well as providing excellent customer support.

Additional Requirements (from work at home job listing):

  • Basic Math Skills – Arithmetic computation.
  • Minumum 6 months of customer service experience of any kind or equivalent military experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain high-speed internet service
  • Must have or be able to obtain land-line phone service
  • Ability to work a shift encompassing a variety of operating hours and days of the week, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be able to attend training full-time for up to two weeks on-site and part-time virtual self-paced.
