Groupon Hiring Work at Home Customer Service

Groupon is currently hiring work at home customer service agents in Kentucky.  Shifts are available mornings, evenings, and weekends, and span 20 to 30 hours per week.

As a customer support agent, you will be taking phone calls and responding to emails from the company’s customers, then resolving customer issues in a timely manner.  You will also be expected to keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company’s internal ticking systems, customer portals, back-office databases, and Groupon redemption procedures.

Requirements (from work at home job listing):

  • A space at home where you can work without distractions or background noise, and connect directly to a router
  • Hard-wired high speed Internet connection (minimum 3 mbs)
  • Comfortable in a computer and phone-based role for up to 8 hours a day
  • Must be open to work weekends and/or evening schedules
  • Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
  • Evidence of conveying customer worship through your written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
