Groupon is currently hiring work at home customer service agents in Kentucky. Shifts are available mornings, evenings, and weekends, and span 20 to 30 hours per week.
As a customer support agent, you will be taking phone calls and responding to emails from the company’s customers, then resolving customer issues in a timely manner. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company’s internal ticking systems, customer portals, back-office databases, and Groupon redemption procedures.
Requirements (from work at home job listing):
- A space at home where you can work without distractions or background noise, and connect directly to a router
- Hard-wired high speed Internet connection (minimum 3 mbs)
- Comfortable in a computer and phone-based role for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be open to work weekends and/or evening schedules
- Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
- Evidence of conveying customer worship through your written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
