Groupon is currently hiring work at home customer service in Chicago. These are full-time opportunities delivering customer support via phone and email. You must live in the Chicago land area.
Training is online and begins February 9, 2015.
You must have a quiet workspace and direct connection to a router, as well as hard-wired high-speed Internet.
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
- Evidence of conveying customer worship through your written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Ability to answer calls for several hours at a time
- Ability to type proficiently
- Ability to manage high volume, in this case a stream of successive inbound calls combined with email update and potential mid-shift process changes
You must be able to work one day on weekends. Schedules are four weekdays and one weekend day, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
