Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro, is seeking work-at-home customer support professionals to assist customers. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently diagnosing problems. Knowledge of WotC products is a plus.
You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have three to six months of related experience and/or training. You must also have one to three years of customer service experience, general knowledge of PC applications and software, hardware and system configuration knowledge, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Additionally, you must be able to multitask, and you must have excellent verbal communication and mathematical skills. Finally, you must have experience with Internet Explorer and Firefox, Microsoft Outlook and/or Express, and be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM error-free.
