HealthTap is hiring remote customer specialists for the night shift. Hours are flexible, but are roughly Monday through Friday, 10 pm to 7 am Pacific / 1 am to 10 am Eastern.
This work at home job is available to anyone from any time zone. However, you must train onsite at the company’s Palo Alto, California location (length of training not indicated). You will be providing excellent customer support by phone, email, and chat.

- Exceptional judgment and a self-starter attitude with the ability to operate successfully with minimal oversight.
- A BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and 1+ years experience in customer support preferred.
