HealthTap Seeking Work at Home Customer Service

twin-peaches-image HealthTap is hiring remote customer specialists for the night shift. Hours are flexible, but are roughly Monday through Friday, 10 pm to 7 am Pacific / 1 am to 10 am Eastern.  

This work at home job is available to anyone from any time zone.  However, you must train onsite at the company’s Palo Alto, California location (length of training not indicated). You will be providing excellent customer support by phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will possess the following (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, impeccable integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Values consistent with the HealthTap Vision and Credo.
  • Strong dedication to helping others and the skills to engage with healthcare professionals who already have joined or who have yet to join HealthTap.
  • Exceptional judgment and a self-starter attitude with the ability to operate successfully with minimal oversight.
  • A BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and 1+ years experience in customer support preferred.
